Newbies

Each year in the Fall, all of RIT A Cappella holds auditions looking for new members of all groups. After 2 rounds of pitch matching, showing off their range, singing solos, and learning a new piece, auditionees are hand-chosen by the members of each group to join them. We call these new members that join our groups "newbies". In the Fall semester of 2024, over 100 people auditioned and we are happy to announce VA gained 5 new amazing voices!
